Book your FREE discovery call with our Nurse Practitioner to see if functional medicine is the right fit for you.
👩🏼⚕️ Initial Consult
After completing your discovery call and confirming that our services align with your goals, you can book your Initial Consult with the Nurse Practitioner — either virtually or in person.
🏥 Follow Up
Additional follow-up appointments can be scheduled as needed or recommended by the Nurse Practitioner, based on your individual care plan.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a scheduled phone call appointment. Book in-person comprehensive functional medicine consultations and appointments with the Nurse Practitioner, to uncover the root causes of your health concerns and create a personalized wellness plan. Can only be booked after completing a discovery call appointment.
